the merchant's house museum

the merchant's house has been titled the #1 most haunted place in new york... which means I just couldn't leave town without visiting. after all, my final "death in new york" project was based on whether or not ghosts have feelings! I had a solid group of students interested in joining me on this excursion until the night of the tour - our team went from six to one (me!). the incredible dr. blaine joined me so I wouldn't feel as alone in this supposedly haunted space. we truly enjoyed learning about the history of the home and no ghosts were spotted!
